Stef announces that they are opening up the phone lines to viewers, and Brian rushes off to man the switchboard. However, the first caller is a crossed line, after which Brian makes a number of hoax calls himself. They finally get a call from someone claiming to be their boss, appalled by the standard of the programme. Assuming this is Brian again, Stef and Dan make fun of the caller, until Brian returns to sit at the desk. Before they can apologise, the plug is pulled on their broadcast.
