1. I can't create an account.

If you receive an error message when trying to create your account, it is possible that the e-mail address you entered has already been used on another account. Please choose another valid e-mail address. Another reason could be that the username you want to use may already be in use by another member. And so you need to pick a different one. 2. I can't log in to my account.


It's possible that the site may be going under maintenance, members will not be able to log-in when this happens. Otherwise you may have typed in your username or password incorrectly when attempting to log-in, clear the username and password fields then try to log-in again. If you are still receiving an error message, try using the 'Lost Password' link on the log-in window to check you are putting your account details in correctly. 3. I forgot my password.


Don't worry! Click the
'Lost Password' link in the log-in box, and then fill the form that shows. After doing so, you'll receive an e-mail within seconds giving you a NEW password.


4. How do I change my e-mail address/password/personal information?


After logging in, click the 'My Profile' link in the Control Panel, and you'll be taken to your Profile page. From there you can edit all of your settings by clicking on the 'Edit' link and choosing 'Update Your Profile'. This is where you can change your details.


5. Someone is using my email address without my permission - what can I do?

If you think that someone is using your e-mail address without your consent, e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will try to assist you.


6. How do I cancel my account?


You can cancel your account at any time by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will need to supply your Member name, password and the email address used at Sign Up.


7. I tried to post a comment and/or upload a picture, but nothing happens Why?


After you try to post something on the-hub.tv, it needs to be reviewed by a moderator before being shown on the website. This is to make sure that the content of the site is user friendly, and any unacceptable posts will be deleted instead of approved.


8. The videos don't work. How can I fix this?


Usually when this happens with our videos, it's because you may not have the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player. If one of our videos doesn't play while others do, please e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it so we can check it.

9. What kinds of pictures and/or comments am I allowed to to submit to the-hub.tv?


As long as your comments and pictures are not offensive, essentially anything! Any unsuitable content posted by a member can result in account suspension. All user-uploaded material is reviewed by a moderator beforehand then approved / denied accordingly. Inappropriate material can include anything violent, abusive and pornographic, and will not be tolerated.


10. I have something really cool to tell the-hub.tv! How can I tell you guys about it?


We'd love to hear it! If you want other hubsters to see it, then go ahead and post it on our forums.
