Walking. Hey, it's not rocket science people, and you can do it anywhere! It's as easy as lacing up your faithful old sneakers and leaving the house. Maybe the pooch might like a stretch too - or if your feeling a bit more adventurous, take a hike with friends. It's a great way to keep your calves and legs toned!
Dancing. Dancing is lots of fun! It's a great way to keep active and fit, and make some new friends. You could take a class with a friend, or go it alone… don't worry if you haven't got all the smooth moves - you'll get bettter as you go, and your confidence will grow as you practise!
Pilates. Pilates is a gentle type of exercise and an excellent way to strengthen and tone your whole body. Try taking a class to get you started - then you'll know that you're doing it right. Once you've got it sussed you can do it at home whenever you like too.
Surfing. Sun, sand and surf! Kicking, swimming, tackling the waves..and lugging that board around! - Surfing is an excellent way to tone up your whole body. Winter (provided it not too cold -brr) or summer, it's a great sport that will keep you fit! ...Now you've just gotta get the hang of that whole balancing thing…
